For see, the winter is past, the rains are over snd gone, the flowers appear on the Earth.

The season of glad songs has come, and the voice of the turtledove is heard in our land'

 Our Vision

The Dove Catholic Fellowship's vision is for women from all walks of life, to bond together in the power of the Holy Spirit, and to become instrumental an building up parish and family life, providing effective support for each other.

The primary focus of Dove Catholic Fellowship for Women is on leading women to a personal and ongoing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour; to become fully immersed in the life of His church and to become effective evangelisers.

The emphasis is on women's ministry to women in gentleness and love as shown by Mary, Mother of God and Mother of the Church.

Will you support this ministry? We long to continue to be a force for good in this nation.

Origins

Dove Catholic Fellowship for Women originated in Auckland in 1984 to meet the needs of women to be nurtured and trained in the Catholic Charismatic Renewal.

Dove Catholic Fellowship for Women operates with the blessing and under the authority of the Bishops of New Zealand, in co-operation with the Catholic Charismatic Renewal.

Dove Character

Dove Catholic Fellowship for Women has a Catholic Charismatic spirituality, freely using the gifts of the Holy Spirit to empower women to evangelise in the home, parish and community and educate women in the authentic teachings of the Catholic Faith.

Structure

Dove's National leadership team's function is to oversee all local Fellowships and to support all leadership teams.

This team also offers:

  • Retreats

  • Camp Weekends

  • Training Days

  • Seminar Days

Throughout the training days, we teach and encourage women in the various ministries, such as Prayer, Music, Hospitality and Teaching ministries.

The local Fellowships offer monthly meetings with praise and worship, sound teachings and prayer ministry.

Dove Fellowship's goal is to encourage spiritual growth and is not in any way politically active.

The Dove Catholic Fellowship warmly welcomes all  women, women from any denomination, and women not affiliated to any church.
